Only one turn of the cards for fools like us...

I stayed in all day waiting for my new phone to come. Eventually I phoned O2 to see where it was. The woman told me it had been delivered and was refused by the resident in the house. She then told me the address, which was wrong. I complained at her for a while, explaining that they fucked up as they have my address, and always manage to get my bill posted correctly. She just kept telling me that I must have given them the wrong address as that’s the one showing up on the system. I ranted at her some more and she said that it would be delivered again tomorrow. When I asked for a goodwill gesture she just said that the problem had been fixed and there was nothing she could do. So now I’m going to email the complaints office, but still have to wait in tomorrow while they re-deliver the phone. Along with that I’ve been feeling shitty all day, just really clogged up. So that’s my day :/ And now everybody’s leaving and I’ll be in the house on my own till like six. I was really excited this morning and now it’s all been ruined. Stupid day.
